How to contact us

All communications must be conducted via email. We do not accept or respond to communications made by telephone or postal mail.

For any privacy request or question, email [email protected].

03

What we collect

Enquiries. When you email us or start a project, we process the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with the page. No analytics or other non-essential cookies load until you have given consent.

04

Cookies and consent

We use a small number of strictly necessary items to make the site work. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them. Necessary cookies are always on; the rest are off until you opt in.

Your consent is captured and enforced by our consent management tool (AllowKit) together with Google Consent Mode. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below, or the Cookies link in the footer.

05

Legal bases

We rely on your consent for analytics and any non-essential cookies. We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, run and secure the site, and understand demand for our services. Where the law requires it, we rely on legal obligation.

06

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), and our hosting and infrastructure provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

07

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with the settings of the analytics tools we use.

08

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, to portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to resolve it with you first.
